We are still the same people, just the website is new! This site has much improved functionality and will allow us to serve you better.
Do I need to submit my tax re-sale or business license to you before I can place an order online?
Yes. Once approved, you can take advantage of our great wholesale prices and instantly place your order online.
How do I see your wholesale prices?
All our wholesale prices are displayed on our product pages after you register online with billing/shipping information and Tax ID.
How do you ship?
We use both UPS ground and FedEx Ground. Faster shipping options are available.
How long does it typically take for my order to ship?
Turn-around time depends on what products you have ordered. We typically have all the fabrics in stock. If the item is out of stock, we can ship within three weeks.
I need my order by a specific date. Is that possible?
Usually, yes! If you need a product by a specific date, please include that information on your order form. We will contact you if expedited shipping will also be necessary to get you your products by the needed date. The additional shipping cost will be the cost quoted to us by UPS.
What is your return policy?
We have an exchange policy for damaged or incorrect merchandise. We will provide a return label in the box with the exchanged item.
Are you compliant with CPSIA?
Yes, all our products have been tested for lead and potentially harmful chemicals. We meet and exceed the basic safety standard.
Do You Offer Drop Ship?
Yes, we can provide drop shipments for an additional $11.00 service charge on top of freight costs.
Can you offer COD Terms?
Yes, we can offer COD with an extra $11.00 service charge on top of freight along with a current credit card on file.
